Keith Miller is the editor of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers quarterly, Technology and Society.  He was awarded the 2011 Joseph Weizenbaum Award from the International Society for Ethics and Information Technology and he was the principal investigator of a National Science Foundation grant to study the effect of ethics education on computer science undergraduate students.  He is coordinator of “The Rules,” an international collaborative project to standardize moral responsibility for computing artifacts.
