WSHU invites you to “Join the Conversation” with PBS television host, local bakery owner and third generation baker John Barricelli as he presents his beautiful new book The SoNo Baking Company Cookbook on Thursday, March 18th at 7pm in Fairfield. Named after his bakery, which the New York Times called “superb,” Barricelli’s cookbook presents 125 easy-to-follow recipes for sweet and savory breads and baked goods, with a focus on techniques and finishing skills to produce beautiful, bakery-quality results at home.
