Griswold Campus Mourns Loss of Local Teens

News Story: December 1, 2010

Sacred Heart University in Griswold, Connecticut, mourns the tragic deaths of four local teenagers in an automobile accident that left another student hospitalized in serious condition. The five young people were involved in a crash on December 8th. The Griswold Campus is a unique “learning lab” in the fact that the University shares facilities with Griswold High School, where the young people were students.  The SHU-Griswold faculty, students and staff join with their neighbors in mourning this unfathomable loss and invite the larger University community to pray for the victims and their families and keep them in their thoughts at this painful time.
