The Human Journey Colloquia Series Presents ‘Being Happy and the Good Life’

Sacred Heart University will host “Being Happy and The Good Life” with Lionel Ketchian, founder of the Happiness Club, and Dr. Susan T. Dinnocenti, professor of Education, as part of the Fall 2010 Human Journey Colloquia Series. This event is free and open to the public.

Happiness is the key to living a fulfilling life. But what really makes us happy and how does it relate to living a life of meaning and purpose?  Join us on Wednesday, September 29 from 2pm-3:15pm in University Commons on campus to explore the topic. 

Lionel Ketchian is the author of Food for Thought, was co-host of the radio program “Successful Living” and has taught classes on happiness at Sacred Heart University. Eighty happiness clubs are now in existence throughout the world. He writes the “Be Happy Zone” column for the Fairfield Citizen and is the co-host of the weekly cable television program “The Happiness Show.” Susan T. Dinnocenti, CMC, Ph.D. is an assistant professor at SHU’s Isabelle Farrington School of Education.  She is an internationally certified life coach, a businesswoman, and a practitioner and teacher of positive psychology at Sacred Heart.
