SHU Holds 16th Commencement Ceremony in Luxembourg

On Saturday, June 21st, Sacred Heart University held its Sixteenth Commencement Exercises for students earning

 
Sacred Heart University's Luxembourg Class of 2008
Master’s degrees and Professional Certificates at the University’s campus in Luxembourg.

The commencement address was delivered by Romain Bausch, president and CEO of SES. Mr. Bausch received an honorary degree, Doctor of Laws, honoris causa, which was conferred by SHU President Dr. Anthony J. Cernera, Ph.D.

SHU Luxembourg’s Class of 2008, included 11 students representing 10 countries who received Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees and Graduate Professional Certificates.

Stephanie Kirkegaard, a Danish citizen living in Luxembourg and working for Banque Invik, is the Class Valedictorian and recipient of the Gold Medal of Excellence this year. Antoine
