WWE VP to Present The Changing Sports & Entertainment Sponsorship Landscape
"The Changing Sports and Entertainment Sponsorship Landscape" will be presented by World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. Vice President, Sponsorship & Talent Brands, Ethan Green, on Thursday, October 25th, at 6:00 p.m.
The event is the first to be sponsored by the newly established Sport and Entertainment Marketing Consortium of Sacred Heart University's John F. Welch College of Business. It will take place in the Pitt Center Board Room.
Mr. Green joined World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., in 2006. He directed the creation and expansion of a new department responsible for the development of individual talent brands and businesses. In May 2007, he took on management of WWE's sponsorship group, and now leads all business development activities, and negotiation and fulfillment of rights for sponsorship and talent-related marketing relationships.
Immediately prior to joining WWE, Green oversaw marketing at NBC Universal's Dew Action Sports Tour. He was previously vice president, North America, at U.K.-based sponsorship consultancy, Redmandarin; and was manager, Global Sponsorship Strategy, at Compaq Computer Corp.
Green attended New York University's Stern Graduate School of Business, holds a Master's in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts and a B.A. from Binghamton University.
